HOW WE WORK
Taxation is a complex matter and its implementation can be complicated for taxpayers.

Our goal is to help you understand your rights, identify the problem and solution relating to your situation as well as defend you against the tax authorities, should this be required.

The initiation of a tax audit by the Administration can be a traumatic experience.

We make it a point to never forget the human factor in our work.
We ensure that you are personally involved throughout the processing of your case, and guide you in the important decisions relating to your situatione.
We undertake to keep you informed of any new information relating to your case, so that you can make informed decisions.
All communications between a lawyer and his clients fall within the scope of attorney-client privilege, regardless of the means used.
During our first discussion, usually by telephone or an e-mail, we will invite you to briefly explain the tax issue you are facing.
Following this first contact, we will invite you to book an appointment with us, either in person in our office or by video conference.

During this legal consultation, which lasts approximately one hour, we will analyse the tax problem you are facing and determine whether it can be solved during our meeting. If not, we will discuss the establishment of an engagement agreement for this purpose.

Our office is located in the heart of the Levant Business Centre, 13A Chemin du Levant in Ferney Voltaire, less than 3 kilometres away from Geneva International Airport and 20 minutes away from Divonne-les-Bains.
