OUR FEES

Our fees are determined according to the time spent on the case, the research work carried out, the importance of the interests involved, the impact of the costs and charges borne by our firm, the benefits and results obtained for the client and the service rendered to the latter.

The cost of the first consultation at the office or by videoconference, which lasts approximately one hour, is set at €200 excluding tax.

At the end of each meeting, when the complexity of the case requires an in-depth study that should lead to the establishment of a written consultation or to the follow-up of a procedure initiated by the tax authorities, an engagement letter detailing the content of our mission and the terms of our intervention is drawn up, in agreement with you.

Our fees are in principle determined according to the time spent on the file, on the basis of €250 per hour excluding VAT. When the nature of the file allows it, an estimate of the number of hours to be devoted to the treatment of the case is communicated.

At the end of our mission, a detailed statement of the time spent on the case specifying all the actions carried out in the context of its treatment is communicated to our clients.

Depending on the nature of the case, it is possible to substitute this time-based fee with a flat fee, with or without an additional result-based fee.

The proposed flat fee takes into account the nature of the case, its difficulty and its stakes.

The additional result fee, mainly proposed in the context of proceedings initiated against our clients by the tax authorities, is set at a percentage of the tax rebates, discharges or refunds finally obtained in the context of our intervention.

In accordance with the provisions of articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the Code de la Consommation, all professionals must inform the consumer of the contact details of the consumer mediator(s) to which they are subject.
