Legal basis and purposes of collecting personal data

Recipient of personal data

Duration of retention of personal data

BACHMANN AVOCAT only retains Personal Data for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and in compliance with the regulations in force.

In this regard, the Personal Data of its customers, their staff, managers and/or representatives, are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship plus five years for the purposes of animation and prospecting, without prejudice to the storage obligations or the limitation periods.

The Personal Data of candidates processed as part of the recruitment process of Cabinet BACHMANN AVOCAT are processed for five years from the last contact with the candidate, unless legislative or regulatory provisions to the contrary.

In terms of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, Personal Data is kept for five years after the end of relations with BACHMANN AVOCAT.

In terms of accounting, they are kept for ten years from the end of the accounting year.

The Personal Data of prospects are kept for a period of five years from their collection or the last contact from the prospect.
